What is an Original?
Original artworks are paintings or sketches created in a single edition. Jessi does not create copies of works made even a very long time ago, so the owner of the original artwork can be sure of its uniqueness.
An original painting should always be perceived as something extremely fragile and delicate. Try not to hang your originals in direct sunlight, find a cozy place for them in the house.
Original works are always accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, created in English, the characteristics of the work and Jessi’s signature.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I do ship worldwide. Please contact us at hello@jessih.art or on Instagram. I will be happy to send the artwork to you.
How long is the shipping time?
Originals take approximately 2 weeks to prepare for shipment to make sure everything is absolutely perfect! The majority of all orders will be delivered within 21 days of purchase. If there are any changes or delays, I will be sure to let you know.
How do I track my Painting?
Tracking information is sent to your email address once your painting has been dispatched.
Is there a return/refund policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please write an E-Mail to hello@jessih.art so we can find a solution together.
All original purchases are final and not eligible for return.
My artwork arrived damaged / was stolen. Can you help?
Upon receiving an order, we ask that you always inspect the crate / package, before opening it. If you see any damage that you suspect may have compromised the goods inside, make sure you photograph it prior to opening the package. If your artwork has arrived damaged, please provide adequate details and images.
If your package is marked “Delivered” on the tracking platform but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter.
In both cases, we will work with the proper authorities, presenting the evidences you gathered, to attain accountability and consequent reimbursements. Please bear with us and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit; it’s just as upsetting for us to see potential damaged pieces as it is for you to receive them.
Taxes and import fees
Jessi H. is an artist based in Germany, and is not liable for import taxes, fees or customs duties on any products purchased internationally. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals or prints.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the price. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not.
